There is time for a picnic at Tow Hill in Naikoon Provincial Park and, later on, birdwatchers may enjoy a trip to Delkatla Wildlife Sanctuary to see the shorebirds and waterfowl. Masset - July 20, Sunday Explore Graham Island today with a visit to the bustling little town of Port Clements. At Pure Lake you can test the muskeg - if you dare! Later, take a walk in the rainforest and see the famous Golden Spruce on the shores of the Yakoun River. This evening join your tour escort, and local residents, for a special feast and entertainment by native performers. Masset - Sandspit - July 21, Monday Travel Graham Island to Tlell for lunch and browsing. You will visit the Haida village of Skidegate Landing and stop at St. Mary's Spring. 'Tis said, A drink from the spring assures your return to the Charlottes one day. At the Queen Charlotte Island Museum familiarize yourself with the Haida's distinctive and world renowned artwork, including totems carved in argillite. In Queen Charlotte City enjoy a stroll along the waterfront or shop for local handicrafts before taking the ferry to Sandspit for the night. Sandspit - July 22, Tuesday An exciting day awaits, highlighted by a helicopter sightseeing tour including the village of Skedans on Louise Island. The aerial view of the many totems at Skedans, the islands, and impressive coastal scenery is incomparable. Later in the day visit the peaceful beach at Gray Bay and partake of an inviting Farewell Dinner this evening. Sandspit - Home - July 23, Wednesday Your Queen Charlotte holiday draws to a close today as you travel home from Sandspit airport.
